Any kind of movement needs energy. Converting energy into a form that helps us move can have unwanted side effects. Burning stuff (like coal, oil, gas) certainly does, polluting the air we must breathe to live. Every press "on the gas" leaves your carbon "footprint"

So we should be mindful of our journeys, and which we really need and by what means. It could be better to walk or ride, than to drive. Use "the right tool for the job", just like a farmer when cultivating the land.
