Gaps ... in learning

After 100 lessons there'll still be things you've not seen from the driver's seat. These things are "rare ... but there". For example:

• road rages
  
• lots o’ blood
• sudden noise
• ricochet débris
• escaped livestock
• fighting passengers
• cyclists in your blindspot
• coming across injured animals
• brake light reflections on rainy days
• wheelie bins blowing into/onto your car
• uprooted trees blocking your path both ways

Many of these may get covered as driving tests eventually use virtual reality. This can only enhance drivers’ awareness of real risks.
