Despite this ...

Just because you've done something you think "Bad" on your test, doesn't mean it's all gone down the toilet  You may not have failed. Consider these situations:

1.  Deer

2.  Bin lorry
A pupil on test turned into a narrow road.  Further down, it was blocked by a bin lorry making collections.  The road wasn’t wide enough for two cars with parked vehicles along one side.  He stopped.  After a pause, he said to the examiner "I can’t get past".  The examiner replied, "Well, what would you do if you were here on your own?"  The pupil said, "I’d probably go up on the pavement to get past".  The examiner responded, "Well, off you go".  He made sure it was safe to do that, and went by the lorry.  And he passed.

3.  Bus lane
"Move into the bus lane"

4.  Redditch Mercedes
