The "Show Me / Tell Me" safety questions in your test include some about vital fluids under the bonnet. See 港版 (Cantonese) version.

A driver is responsible for having enough (1) oil (if the car uses fossil-fuel), (2) coolant, (3) brake fluid, (4) windscreen fluid.

The coolant (expansion bottle) and brake fluid (reservoir) have MAX / MIN marks on the side. To check the level of any oil, use the dipstick.
