My way
... is firstly to build rapport. So I get to know you, to be able to teach you better. And, from helping about 500 clients and watching 200 tests, you'll learn more easily because you’ll get to know me!

The trust that usually develops means that driving develops naturally while we just have fun, tour local history sites, or go house-hunting, car-shopping, or even getting kids from school.
If you’re asking what makes me different, I’d say calmness, patience, encouragement, and allegories from your existing life. (Plus the hats). This client-centred approach is what the DVSA requires from instructors, which I liken to the difference between "Contract and Covenant" (inspired by a pupil in 2016). All this is the essence of my business model. |
And does it matter if I don't know your driving history ? Not much. Driving instructors work likes dentists, not doctors. Dentists don't need historical notes about work done before: what they see is what they work with. (A doctor needs notes because they can't see what's "inside").
