Nothing is truly “safe”. Once we're born, we're liable to die. I'm certain. Life is dangerous. So let's do risky stuff like sitting in fast metal boxes on wheels. Haha!

However, with care, we can still minimise risk (especially now cars have ADAS) to get further than we could easily walk, "safely".
