Coordination

You'll need to move your hands and feet independently (if a manual car, each foot in different directions).  Your eyes will usually be looking at things outside the car (not the controls) so try to be aware of your muscle position.

People who dance or play sport can find this easier.  With time, a lot of it will become 'second nature', done subconsciously.

It's a lot to ask of your body and mind, and is unlikely to be the sort of thing you've had to do before.  (And it's much easier in an automatic car than one with manual gears).

Try not to worry if it doesn't come naturally !  Just don't rush. :)
