Time machine
Your car is a time machine. As a driver, your own motion can speed time up or slow it down. (With increased awareness, you can even anticipate and avoid likely future events).
Just lift your right foot off the power, "cover" the brake pedal, maybe press it gently. Events will pass more slowly (= more time between each hazard).
You can now handle them, one at a time. And you'll be able to fit in all parts of, for example, your hazard routine near a junction.
