Fair (?)

Test candidates can often feel they have been unfairly treated.  Reasons can be:

• Brusqueness  (due to having to conduct a test every 57 minutes, or their need to safely communicate quickly and clearly when moving)
  
• No discussion in the debrief  (due to DVSA's formal remit that they assess your drive, explain your test result, but don't teach how to improve)
  
• Boredom in their work  (yet they are regularly monitored for perfomance and statistical consistency against their local colleagues)

But it's not necessarily "all your fault".  Your examiner may not have conducted the test fairly.  In which case, your test result email will tell you how to appeal, getting a free retest is you are successful.
