Ah, the 1956 Hungarian uprising.  So what does driving have to do with THAT? Well ... nothing.  But the discipline of studying history does.

There’s a sequence of approach if you’re to draw accurate conclusions from what’s happened.  How reliable are the signals that what went before will go the same way again ?  What sources do you trust ?  Where do you look: only the immediate future in the “political” road ahead ?

What’s your context before you make a move ?  Did you see someone else try it before, and succeed ?  “If you always do what you always did, you’ll always get what you always got”.  Plus ça change!
