I was asked, not long ago, how often new road signs are created. Some are exceptions. But a new one was launched last week, being a “warning of small mammals”. The “Highly Commended” prize goes to the imaginative undergraduates of Selly Oak, who’ve creatively embellished some rather plain speed-bump triangles on Exeter Road.
